Edgar Allan Poe at the RUDN University Research Library!

Participants (students from various fields and teachers) discussed the influence of the classic author on pop culture and the development of Gothic aesthetics, recalled the author's most terrifying and amusing stories, and, of course, revisited the famous poem "The Raven."

 

Our guests that evening tried their hand at a mysterious quiz! Both teams fought for victory to the very end – the outcome of the duel was decided by an expert question from our staff member.

 

All participants in the final received prizes and souvenirs from the scientific library and its friends (BookUp Electronic Library System). Guests also received limited-edition collectible cards, designed by our team specifically for the event, as a souvenir.
