From February 24 to April 23, 2026, RUDN University opened test access to the Patseer ProX platform (developed by the Indian company PatSeer Technologies).

What's available?
A database of over 172 million patent publications, including 134 million full-text documents from 108 national and international offices (Rospatent, WIPO, EPO, etc.).

The platform covers:

• Inventions and utility models
• Industrial designs
• SEP patents (standard-essential patents)
• Company and litigation information.

Key features:

• Search: From "professional mode" with fine-tuned filters to automated search using AI
• Analytics: Create charts and graphs using filters and AI
• Teamwork: Support for collaborative projects for groups of up to 20 people
• Usefulness: The interface is available in Russian, and most documents have abstracts in English (full texts are in the original language).
